Sure - well let me change that to saying "I wanna have realistic expectations, in line with expected outcomes/reality etc". It has been helpful to consider trial stuff/expected clinical outcomes and so -on. For me, about 6 maybe 12 months ago or longer, I knew a reasonable amount of the science re oncar/vaccinia etc. But the last 6 months or so learning about clinical trials and how they work etc has been helpful.
Sorry for the offense, hopefully you get something out of the clinical trial details I am talking about. Or you can tell me what you think about clinical trials that would mean, IMU would go up to first in line, or where I am wrong there.
