Trump can, but the issue is does he know or is he qualified , I think there are too many parallel therapies which is planning to cure cancer, I would see the therapy which converts cancer cells to normal cells is the most promising, I hope South Korea will be successful in that trials, the issue with these trials is that big pharma can influence the outcomes and they work based on their profits, they even can bury a promising therapy in favour of their own, say if IMUs drugs work better than any of the SOC and PH does not give it away in the sweet price for BP, they will make sure it will be buried, so the reason IMU are planning this differently, definitely PH and LC see the value with these drugs and they think its world class( not my child biases) as they are experienced and they know what works..
