this is the biggest problem imo , who’s right is it to say what treatment and what order you should receive , it should be everyone’s right to choose any treatment they want or can afford , end of the day chemo is not a nice treatment and has been around a long time with various success , plenty of patients that have been through chemo may choose not to have chemo and would rather newer or even experimental drugs , it should be every persons right to choose not some dept that are biased towards profit
