Unsurprisingly the US is better for biotech start-up stock and possibly the ASX market has as expected weight more importance on CF33 and OnCARlytics assets as they have a much bigger potential cancer market.
The ORR and CR achieved is similar to Azer-Cel on patient who have failed multiple line of treatments (not sure if it's as much as 4-5 and whether this include Autologous CAR T) and there's evidence Allogeneic CAR T will work more effective on patient who hasn't undergone multiple line of treatments which was always going to be the case.
They are more advanced than Azer-Cel but have a primary and study completion estimation of mid 2027 and 2031 given their registrational clinical trial is selecting patient who have failed chemotherapy but then need to pass specific selective criteria. It's more than likely Azer-Cel will be first to market which will be attractive to BP given how the patients are selected without these restriction. The commercial valuation for Azer-Cel is to advance to first line treatment which ALLO is now doing so eventually there will be at least 2 drugs to replace those chemotherapy drugs.
