You probably shouldn't ask @Mason14 for unbiased opinion, he deliberately stated that IMU was using low dose compared to the clinical trial conducted by Precision and combined it with IL-2 to achieved the excellent clinical trial update when in fact they were escalating to double the dosage to determine OBD to be used for registrational clinical trial.
IMU's strategy is to quicken the development stage to commercialisation by targeting a market which doesn't have any other treatment option to show commercial valuation as a low risk commercial drug to advance to first line treatment.
