A stragity often used by the wealthy is to borrow against an asset..some may perceive this as a way of avoiding tax because the borrower shifts what could have been income into debt hence not having to pay tax and yet still having the benfit of using the money to increase lifestyle..again with out the hefty tax bill..
imagine someone with privileged information over the average pleb shareholder doing this and what eff3ct that may possibly have on the companies MC when the lender is abldye to short the stock as they see fit with the benfit of possibly also being somewhat more in the know over the average shareholder due to their risk assment based on lending the money in the first place..
I would think that a huge drag on MC performance to the up side
