Cancer research has become an industry with promises for tomorrow. For as long as I can remember there have been things from lemonade stalls by kids to blokes running from one end of Australia to the other, raising money for cancer, this has been keeping people employed for years ,just letting out a few cures to make it look good, yep I do think it is a scam. These research programs should be carried out by gov institutions, it would have a better control over the scams, and you can bet where there is no regulation and a lot of money there will be scams.
