From what I can tell the decline since then was from a point of a great deal of 'excess of expectations' by many. I've seen this happen before with biotech stocks like this, so many just get over enthusiastic about the good science and underestimate the hard yards it takes to deliver, if at all that is, many do fail, most actually, which is something I fully accept if it happens.
I've been watching for a while and waited till all that enthusiasm had eased off before I decided to buy. My comment above is purely about what is happening right now today in the last week, and will be for quite a while yet.
