Jerome Powell predicted 2 more rate cuts in the US this year. He also predicted that inflation would rise and that there would be lower economic growth and higher unemployment.
We do live in interesting times when relatively negative news can spur markets into positive territory.Maybe trade wars and geological upheavals have skewed the picture somewhat.
