The presentation at the NWR conference was enlightening and sounded very positive from a progress of trials is perspective.
There are many positive developments on the horizon for Imugene and despite the horrific share price, shareholders should be looking forward to some good news in the not too distant future.
One part of the presentation was quite interesting in what Leslie said, when speaking of the OnCARlytics program Leslie spoke of the CD-19 target presently being only available in blood cancers and then she spoke of the 90% of cancers being solid tumours, that do not currently have a specific target unlike blood cancers.
Leslie said having a target in solid tumours ( As the OnCARlytics program is doing) will be a paradigm shift in the fight against cancer. Now all this we have heard before, however Leslie also added, " And we are looking forward to this", meaning to have a treatment that will cure 50% of solid tumours.
So Leslie could have said this is what we hope to achieve, or this is what we are working towards, however Imo what she said was more of a confirming statement that time will show that this can be achieved.
