That's just a roundabout way of describing volume. As the volume grows, it wipes out the buy/sell orders sending the price up or down depending on the sentiment.
Well that 9k has a less than marketable amount of shares which is tops a total of 9m shares or circa $297k so it isn't going to have any effect on the share price. At some point IMU may decide to clean these up and establish a UMP facility, but again with the current SOI it wouldn't have a huge effect. It's just semantics.
