A side note to that col75 when lesile said not planning on one..when asked about a CR then there abouts 2 weeks later bang a raise is actually quite concerning as you say col we dont know she knew so as u say col we must give her the benfit of the doubt and assume she didnt know which raises the concerning part...why dosnt a CEO who gets paid 2.5 million or so dollars as a base running a 230 million market cap company with under 100 employees(insane) know a capital raise was imminent..
When u look at the amount of posters here on HC stating words to effect lesile isn't planning a cr and the cash is nearly out we must have something special jst about to happen..can u see how someone could argue lesile words may have miss lead the market when with the benfit of hindsight we all know they raised..
either way she knew bad..she didn't know bad
i could be wrong but to me it stinks
