Hi Rob, no one but LC knows if, at that point in time, she was aware or planning the pending cap raise.
If she knew, yes, that is bad.
If it came across her desk immediately after that presentation, an hour later, a day later, then she didn't know, at that point in time.
To accuse her of knowing about the raise, when she may not have known, and you do not know with absolute certainty that she knew. is defamation. But it happened, and now we are where we are, on the cusp of the terrible 2's, and HQ has quite a lot to do to turn this ship around.
