Appreciate the comment. I wouldn’t say I’m a “hold” in the traditional sense. I’m holding despite management, not because of them.My correspondence with IMU—particularly the dismissive replies and lack of engagement on governance concerns—has only confirmed that the current leadership is not particularly concerned with shareholder concerns. That said, I believe the underlying science and long-term commercial potential still offer upside if external catalysts (e.g. partnerships, licensing deals, or a board refresh) play out. I actually like LC but i do feel her performance in some forums is laking.
I’m playing the long game. I think the science is too compelling not to be worth something eventually and I have more than a few shares riding on it.
But let’s be clear—management continues to shift the goalposts, and I’ve seen no real accountability for underperformance. I seek direct answers from them because shareholders deserve clarity on decisions that impact value, not PR spin or forum speculation. By the end of this year, I think we’ll have our answer. Either the data delivers a material re-rate in the share price, or they won’t make it through the AGM—and IMU 2.0 begins either with LC or without her.
I certainly have high hopes for Imugene, and I genuinely hope the science delivers for both shareholders and the patients who stand to benefit.
