It's an easy out, but you only need to step back another inch from your screen to see the whole picture.
Poor data -> stagnant recruitment -> capital burn -> massively dilutionary raises -> depressed valuation.
Of course the culmination of all of the above is rusty longs with their head in the sand doing anything but read the writing on the wall.
