let’s be honest, Leslie has demonstrated to be a weak COO or just a GM (at best) and not a listed company CEO. She doesn’t set strategy, raise capital, keep on top of the finances or IR. PH is the puppet master who is responsible for where IMU is right now. He is executive chair and founder, and therefore effective CEO.
LC just does what she is told or not told … like the last couple of cap raising which she had no idea was coming. With a $2.5m remuneration, most would too.
