The HR confidence interval is asymmetric and this is because the HR itself is non-normal. ie not a symmetric bell curve. Why does this matter? It matters because it indicates the HR has quite a heavy right skewed distribution and this indicates that the upper tail of the distribution reaching out to the upper confidence interval is long AND therefore a large majority (than you are thinking) of the values in the distribution are actually closer to the mean HR value of 0.418.
