Yes - and negotiation have not even started to resolve the issue.
What does amaze me is that there are so many warning of a global low down, increased inflation and even talk of a global recession (and certainly one in the US) yet markets seem to be ignoring those warnings. very strange set of events happening at the moment.
We could well be seeing the prospects of a major reversal in global markets this year.
