It is crazy gambler's hope that LC et al are not 'misleading' by ommision, careful innuendo, suggestions or inference which you are supposed to believe mean money soon. Their pay day relies on it. Seven years of evidence backs this statement. Even if it works, we won't find out - the company will be bust well before IMU finishes the job. BP might snap up the IP for less than the price of PH mansion at this rate... it is in their interest to help make IMU fail.
