The market is the market is the market. LC gets paid the big bucks just as she would command in any other company where people acknowledge ther right to wear that white coat. Should she be tagged as infallible - hope not lest we are all doomed by those lesser mortals supposedly in charge of world affairs. Personally starting to think being CEO of any bio is a mugs game if you have to continuously face the wrath of the average punter and no I am absolutely not an apologist for any of them, rather just another mug punter hoping against hope the long hours spent by these people looking at petri dishes through a microscope ultimately moves science forward with a big step. Understand the waiting game and tendency to grab hold of false dawns that inevitably come with the territory can be and are frustrating but imagine the frustration when you are convinced you have all the right signals in front of you and the only thing you can hear is the call from the back stalls for you blood due lack of performance. We are all partaking of a risk reward game where perhaps only the fools and the senselessly brave will sit and await the outcome. Perhaps prior to being allowed to become a punter we all should have to confirm we have read the little book called Who moved My cheese by Dr Spencer Johnson. Then decide which character we wish to emulate - as the mice (sniff & scurry) we would likely adopt the roll of traders . As the 2 humans, Hem & Haw, the choices are more subtle. Investing in equities is a game of psychology - best to match ones temperament to the style of investing. GLTA.
