Will she get cash bonus + options this year? Yes most likely. Even though IMU says in their annual report "we use financial measures to measure performance (including Share price appreciation)", you can see that every year since 2021 the SP has depreciated by the end of every Fin year and... yet 2022/2023/2024 - bonuses given all round.
