Hey melburnian, I'm in agreeance. Whilst I'm hanging in I can see as many prosperous things ahead, as I can see everything being dissolved over the next 9 months. For PH to not name an EGM date (extraordinary general meeting) last week, it indicates to me he's planting a seed. He needs to give 21 days notice. If news is around the corner and he's planted the seed as a 34:1 conversion on todays price of 1.7c they'd end up being 57.8c If news drops over the next 3-4 few weeks and we see a rerate - lets say 8c that would make them $2.72 It's the only rational I can make behind making such an announcement, but not having it immediately actioned. Should it also be on the back of a Nasdaq listing, that price would also make sense as a $2 par value is normally required and with the conversion rate of 64c USD it would be around that mark.
I might be dreaming, but whilst I'm all in it's a nicer scenario to think about than all the gloom and doom being painted here at the moment.
Let's just see what unfolds. PH might be a jerk, but he's not stupid and has his back firmly against the wall. I'll be watching for any little runs in the share price, as there's always leaks.
I'm scathing of IMU management, but will remain with a glass half full view until all's revealed in the next 3 weeks.
