    as per internet, if IMU registers under BioChem clinical stage coy, then scrip value is not relevant.
    However, MC must be USD 200mil

    This with the planned consolidation of 34:1 and USD-AUD conversion rate, people can work out.

    If IMU registering under BioChem, pharma in Nasdaq (not as clinical stage), then a minimum scrip value will be applicable

    All of above make sense ONLY if there is plan to list on nasdaq

    Otherwise the consolidation will be a set up to draw salary for ever at the expense of SH, IMO

    Looking for a low of 0.009
