You were talking about cost which is the biggest between difference between manufacturing the drug. IMU didn't need their own CAR-T, I've always suspected Azer-Cel was purchase as it will give them a better negotiation with Amgen and also it does give them access to the blood cancer market, 2 birds one stone. CAR-T isn't widely used now because Auto is very expensive to manufacture, it will be totally different with Allo as the cost will allow adapting the technology more easier so they will end up being used more.
