Has to be a NO vote on Resolution 2 for IMU EGM, the SH value-decay is evident enough thus far, best/noble intentions in an expensive industry to operate, but I strongly believe some 'SH guardrails' around future capital management is in order, voting NO on Resolution 2 means IMU would need our SH approval to raise anything above the 15% of issued-capital threshold for next 12 months...
