Agree with you on that one ML. If they want to spend anymore money how about shareholders get a vote on it and then at least we get to see what they are spending the money on before it is already a done deal.
I think the consolidation is a good thing so I have voted yes on resolution 1 but it is a hard NO on resolution 2 to keep it apart of that 15%.
