from what I’ve read & come to notice after a lot of research is that when it comes to big pharma parting with the big bucks there is a definitive checklist they are looking for
market cap no higher than 5/10 billion US
a pipeline of diverse treatments at different stages of development
products that have shown very positive results in pre clinicals up to phase II trials
products that can be used as adjunct therapies
a long IP runway that will secure the buyer profits for many many years after first production.
Products that cost significantly less to manufacture
the people saying IMU have a long way to go before an offer is put on the table clearly have no idea how quickly big pharma companies make moves if the science & data are sound.
considering IMUGENE meets all these requirements
its ripe for the taking at any moment. If you don’t agree then I recommend you do some research on some other biotechs that have sold for huge dollars on just pre clinicals or phase 1 trials.
