People often borrow against their assets as opposed to selling their asserts..it can be a good way to legally avoid capital gains tax assuming captial gains tax is payable on the said assert..there would be many reasons for this type of set up tho..not advice i jst read about it one time i was in kindergarten..
Now arjay..read back threw imu announcement at around the time imugenes SP hit 0.49cps on its way down from that infamous 0.61csp and ask yourself who lent out a massive parcel of shares at 0.49cps i believe to purchase a McMansion which is now for sale once again..
Now arjay ask yourself what conversation do banks have with people that borrow money from them in relation to what happend to imugenes MC/SP action when that price of 0.49cps on its way down from 0.61cps was hit..dosnt take much dot joining to realise RA61 was on point in some manner..
