So as it stands, IMU's chairman has handed over half his (207m of 409m) remaining shares to the bankers for whatever they so desire.
If he believed the recent clinical results were excellent, he would be redeploying his tens of millions at these multi-year lows. Instead, he's just issued convertible notes to a private equity vulture and cratered the share price by another >60%.
