if you did, youd realise that you can believe in a company without dumping all your personal net worth into it and taking insane financial risk - such as… securing convertible note financing to save the company?
I agree its not the most favourable outcome - but i can guarantee a less favourable outcome is bankruptcy or going private at a depressed share price.
