The shares are not subject to any margain call and can't be sold by MQB on market according to the Ts & Cs.
But at some stage MQB wants to re-negotiate the loan or demand to get it paid back.
So far an exact copy of what happened at CHM 12 months ago, even the dates are strangely almost similar. Expect the " secret " fund provider to bail as happened at CHM.
A lot of luck needed for holders when actually business skills should be applied by management to avoid the final nail.
