    A registrational clinical trial for Azer-Cel is the catalyst for ~$40m in milestone payments to Precision.

    Which IMU don't have...

    As of today they have ~$10m cash on hand and look set to raise a meagre ~$30m from these future raises (i.e. they don't have the cash to fund the actual registrational trial).

    It will be a miracle if IMU is still solvent by Christmas. It's no wonder the CSO just jumped ship. Who is next?
