Let's get the idea that IMU will move to production off the table, I believe it simply is not an option. That leaves us with either a licensing deal, takeover of the company or sale of IP.
With so many drugs in development it is less likely that a takeover would occur because the assets are diluted by more risk, you can't have 1 without the other 10. So to de-risk we break it down to a license or IP purchase. LC mentioned the value for HerVaxx was estimated to be something massive like 8b+ (correct me if I'm wrong please).
Both of those options essentially pay everyone out, allow free reign for management to finish all of the other drugs and very possibly take more on.
