We won't get even a sniff of a deal until after the HerVaxx data is out (assuming the report is top notch). However I do personally believe it's going to be a low ball offer and will be declined immediately.
My bet is the first offer will be something around 500m-2b and the execs will laugh them out of the office. LC mentioned in the latest webinar that HerVaxx alone could fetch anywhere from 8-20b and because of it's use as a stackable treatment I'm inclined to think we won't settle for less than 10b.
