The criticism of my post here is fair in that I don't understand the long term value proposition here well and could certainly dig deeper into the science.
My "criteria" is not based on science at all. It is a company governance metric that if met indicates to me that a business (even not producing income) is willing to ensure compliance across their activities. It is a benchmark that almost all large multi-national pharmaceuticals companies meet, so I see it as a good forward indicator.
