NOT HELD does not automatically mean that a poster is a down ramper - they may be interested in the company or what the company is trying to achieve or perhaps thinking of investing in a company or ex-holders who are keeping an eye on a stock.
Some great contributors to shares discussions on HC sites have been non holders. Shame if all of their posts were ignored.

NOT HELD is not a synonym for Trolling as it turns out. They are annoying and frustrating.
