11% rise on the back on 9k vol.
maybe they are that tightly held that if you want some, you pay a premium.
I wouldn't assume the OTC markets wouldn't have 'bots' playing games like they do on the asx.
If ours were that tightly held, and no manipulation, I'd like to think we would get decent SP rises low volume.
