In the context of IMU long terms might mean 5-10 years and beyond
Yes the speed at which things are moving now is quite fast ...but remember
so so much back ground work has been done over the last 5,6 7 & 10 years and where IMU are at now reflects the compounding knowledge base
I'm no expert , but I'm guessing there are other players now joining the race , particularly
with IMU';s recent success relating to NON Toxicity and observed ( visually and statistically apparently ) efficacy .
There will be many many smart switched on minds around the globe trying to get on beard the B Cell platform ( as it appears there already are ref the Oncolyc Virus ) But its about getting as head start .
With many of the T cell therapies apparently under threat of their market dominance , there's likely to be a bit of a race to try and get hold of better solutions ( ie IMU's B Cell stuff ) So the Long term targets could indeed be short term .
Meanwhile there's been a lot of people spoilt by super duper returns on spec stocks . 100 % in a few weeks and months ....such that the expectation is that these gains will always be available . Thus I guess lots of players do consider long term months ...rather than years ...
