True... in a rising interest rate environment, SP of growth...

True... in a rising interest rate environment, SP of growth stocks and speccies like IMU will suffer because cost of borrowings goes up (and this is the generalisation applied across such companies). And just like a rising tide lifts all boats, the same is true that a falling tide seems to sink all boats, and as a result, a sector rotation out of growth will drag down IMU. However, it is important at this time to remember that IMU is extremely cashed up (with an approximate 100M in the bank cash?) and has no need to borrow for some time yet and hence would not really be affected fundamentally by a rising interest rate environment. Therefore, unless there is a fundamental change in the science, IMU is still holding its own pretty strongly. One just has to remember the long term view on this one. Just IMHO and my own personal views... GLTA long term holders!!
