The recent falls have been largely associated with poor overall stockmarket performance.
With all biotechs, long periods of no positive news will always be a problem AND when accompanied by adverse market movements that can be quite serious in terms of stock price. All will be rectified IF we get a positive trial report, but I am not sure when to expect that.
