tbh haven't given up on IMU but i think looking at the price daily etc is starting to take a mental load. Good posters like Slick etc have talked about the importance of making appropriate exits etc which i wish i learned from.

I believe in the fundamentals but feel like i have a long road of pain ahead. I'm also annoyed as i can't understand they "why?" no matter how much research im doing. Whilst speculative the fundamentals remain strong so uncertain the valuation adjustments.

Many of the uprampers talk about the macro but frankly the price was plummeting prior to Russia and on initial views on inflation impacting interest rates, which totally make sense on a discount rate adjustment. However this shouldnt account for a 50%+ sustained fall.

Either way thanks for the encouragement, this is impacting my mental health so going to try and relax for awhile!
