Hi all,
I have been quiet for a while just observing posts and trying to keep away from the rubbish that has been posted by some "posters".

I just wanted to remind some of you about the story of Viralytics (VLA) I know some of our posters here where invested at the time, the reason that I mention this is that I want to draw some parallels from my research ( I would encourage you to also do your own).

As many of you know Paul Hopper was the Chairman of VLA they completed a successful phase 1b trial of a immunotherapy drug called Cavatak and then acquired by Merk for 500 M

My observations
The share price jumped by over 25% after the successful Phase 1b announcement (announcement link below)

• From that point on the price was driven down from $1.25 to below 60 cents within the next year
• If you go back through the Hotcopper posts you will see similar posts to what we have been seeing stating that the share price seemed manipulated down after the successful trial results and lots of down ramping (see example below)

Then boom! the Merk acquisition announcement in 2018 (does anyone see a similar price graph to IMU?)


I have noted that some posters think that Merk was behind the manipulation, but I cant find them on the top 20 shareholders during this period, unless they were sitting behind Citicorp & HSBC who had 42% of VLA at the time.
