Let's say the Account has similar names but different people registered as the main holder? I believe that would be a way around the situation? Again all speculation as I do not quite know the legal side of things in regards to that.
Similar to that of buying shared under your account, and buying the same shares under your partners account.
Same person buying but not under the same name?
