Ok, a few different shareholder stats floating around here.
As per PH substantial holder notice when he sold off shares, you’ll see he holds many different accounts.
Now if you add these accounts up including his directly held share of (2,358,600) they equal 317,131,648 (which is accurate of the shareholder list I posted.

Now even tho he doesn’t directly hold the rest in his name, rule 608 (3) of the corporations act states:


So basically, PH controls those account legally as what @Hunter bunch pointed out. (Hunter my point before about buying under a spouses names, you are not the beneficiary of that account legally, so that’s why it wouldn’t be classified under your name.
