We know from looking at this the list was applicable as of September 14.
We know 19/11/21 axle was voted out.
In between that time of September 14 and November 19,
Hopper brought close to 100M more shares. Then sold 75M shares a month later.
Not knowing who’s behind the CitiCorp nominee, this is the interesting one, I believe they had a huge say in Axles departure….Could Hopper have voted him out too, for other reasons? No one will ever know.
Public SH’s like us clearly hold the majority of shares, but I don’t think the public would have voted Axle out.
Yes we had the board strongly recommending his re-election, but imagine how bad it would have looked if they said to vote him out?
