This is a biotech company HC site - of course the science matters and all posts that are informative in that direction are welcomed - it is the science that will determine whether IMU is a good investment. Research in this field is not limited to doctors. There are a lot of people around - including those who are in the medical field or who have been touched one way or the other with cancer or who have an interest and an understanding of the field and all of there in depth research adds to the information the rest of us don't have at our fingertips.
Seriously, you are basically clueless when it comes to Biotech investments. "zero time for HC bs" - given the number of posts coming from you, that seems a strange comment to make.
