The patients treated with T cell MAB’s all seem to develop resistance to the treatment over time.
We haven’t seen this in the HerVAX Gastric Cancer trial. So it would appear that whilst T Cell therapies are producing some sensational results, it’s the toxicity and resistance that’s going to go in IMU’s favor.
My understanding is that these very drugs, that are grabbing headlines, will work much better in combination with our B CELL therapies. Because they can use much lower doses. That’s what the trials we are running with Keytruda etc are all about.
Woukd be interested to hear others thoughts on this.
