Seems like ALL, maybe most,? previous transactions with emerging Bio co. that occur are takeovers?
Can some provide an example (if there is one) of an emerging Bio co. that has entered into a licensing agreement of a particular product and then continue to stand as its own entity.
Understand IMU is unique as they have multiple active trials and treatments on the go so licensing agreement is certainly a possibility and maybe the first time it may happen ?
