Interested on your thoughts (and others) around a demerger of Her-Vaxx instead of a sale (potentially the full B) i.e. a 1:1 etc (or however the number crunches would separate the two). I have some thoughts around why this could be a good move for current SH's, especially if it were executed before the end of the trial results were released. Whilst IMU have discussed not doing phase 3, maybe the 'third' company (given CHM being number 2lol) could take Her-Vaxx through a phase 3.

Could the reason why other instos are not jumping on board be due the fact that we have so many platforms/trials that are early stage and no clear pathway forward for the allocation of funds being provided from PH and the team. i.e. they want to know if CR's are need in the future.

Might be well off base and not even possible, but of you don't ask you won't know.
