Market was factoring in .75% increase next month but latest economics data show inflation might have peak and now expecting .5% next month and then possibly start to decrease them middle of next year.
The US market was down 1-1.5% initially but recovered and the price of oil continue to head back to $80 despite the more than expected production cut by OPEC last month and then announced further production cut again a few days ago.
